This superb student house was fully refurbished for the academic year 2008-2009. The Nottingham Trent University is approximately a 10 minute walk and the City Centre 15 minutes. The rent is inclusive of utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, incoming phone line & TV licence). This house comes well equipped with fully fitted kitchen containing a washing machine, oven, hob & extractor and microwave. The separate lounge has two leather sofas, television and free view box with stand. All 5 large double bedrooms contain a ¾ bed, desk, chair & wardrobe. The bathroom was fully refitted in 2011 with new toilet, sink, bath and separate shower cubicle. A separate downstairs WC was also installed in 2011. The small decking area around the back comes with a built in brick BBQ. Parking is also available with a permit.
