About Us
Manor Villages Ltd is one of the largest student accommodation providers, established in September 2005, managing just over 550 students each academic year for both Universities within Nottingham.
From September 2010 Manor Villages reformed under new management. Some new changes have been made which were suggested by existing and previous tenants to ensure a safe, stress-free, & comfortable stay for our students. We pride ourselves on Personal & Professional service.
The property management staff at Manor Villages ltd have over 15 years of collective experience in student housing in Nottingham, with a good knowledge of what each student wants and needs from their accommodation.
Manor Villages Ltd is proud to be a member of NALS, Property Ombudsman, UNIPOL - Staff attend regular UNIPOL training seminars. And “The Village” accommodation is proud to be part of national code of standards for larger student developments.
