Here at Manor Villages, our team values are reflected in our work. We believe that student accommodation should be safe, social and stress-free.

Safe:

Our team at Manor Villages are all well-equipped to look after you during your stay. Whether you are worried about exams, missing home, or are new to the area, we’re here to help!

We are trained in everything from mental health, fire safety and first aid in order to ensure that you have a safe experience.

During office hours our team are here to ensure your safety. Outside of these hours, our partners at Magpie Security are here on-site to ensure that you have support 24/7.

Social:

When booking with Manor Villages, we believe that you should have a fun, social experience. This is why our allocations team works hard in matching you up with students from the same university, same year of study, and studying similar courses (subject to bookings).

We also plan and host plenty of great events throughout the year, from free pancakes to Easter egg hunts and summer BBQ’s. We also have a new Social Space for you to enjoy Netflix and to hang out with your friends. We work hard to support you through the highs and the lows of university, which is why we often set up healthy breakfasts in reception and offer exam packs to promote mental and physical well-being.

Stress-free:

University can be stressful, which is why we want to make living at Manor Villages as stress-free as possible. With all of our rooms, ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT, which means there’s one less thing to worry about.
