Whether you’re just starting university or you’re in your final year, we accommodate a wide range of students at Manor Villages from both the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. Your room is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably - each bedroom consists of a ¾ bed with underneath storage, a wardrobe, a desk and chair, a set of drawers and a bookcase, as well as a pinboard and an electric heater!

Each flat contains 2 bathrooms and a shared living area for you and your flatmates. All living areas include a Self Contained kitchen, a dining space, modern leather seating, and a 32" TV. This ensures plenty of opportunity for fun and relaxation with friends!

Classic Room

Our brand new social space is great for unwinding with new friends! Equipped with comfortable seating areas and a large TV with Netflix pre-installed, our social space will be the perfect spot to binge-watch your favourite movies and TV shows. You can also connect your games consoles to the TV for the ultimate gaming marathon! What's more, we have several board games as well as a football table for you to enjoy playing in your spare time!

The Village is located in Lenton, within walking distance of the University of Nottingham, and just minutes away from the city centre and Nottingham Trent University by bus!

The accommodation benefits from having a huge Lidl supermarket on its doorstep along with plenty of eateries such as Greggs, Subway and Domino’s Pizza. You will also find several pharmacies, a hospital and an ATM within walking distance of the property.

The Village offers excellent transport links to the city centre, meaning residents can easily explore Nottingham! The nearest bus stop is located just a minute’s walk away, and the nearest tram stop is just 15 minutes down the road.
